Monitoring and support

Uptime, SSL, and critical error checks run on the site we manage. Weekday support helps with covered issues.

What’s included

Uptime checks

An automated service checks whether the site responds and alerts us when it does not.

SSL and critical errors

Checks flag certificate problems and critical errors so we can investigate failures.

Weekday support

Send requests through the support route set up for your project. Covered repairs restore parts of the site that used to work.

Let’s talk about monitoring and support.

When a check finds a problem

  1. An uptime, SSL, or critical error alert flags the issue for review.
  2. We investigate the managed site and identify whether the cause falls within the agreed scope.
  3. If it is covered, we begin a repair. If another service is responsible, we explain the next step.

Coverage limits

Monitoring can miss some failures, especially problems inside third-party services. Support runs on weekdays; it does not include an on-call person around the clock.

Common requests

Common requests

The site is unavailable
We investigate

Uptime alerts help us check the managed site and start a covered repair when the cause is in scope.

A page has a critical error
We check the fault

Repairs to previously working parts of the managed site are included. We explain the next step if another service caused it.
